Application Scenarios of KTC Linear Displacement Sensors

KTC pull rod linear displacement sensor is a commonly used contact displacement detection component in industrial measurement and control. It converts mechanical travel into electrical signals with stable resistance output. Featuring easy installation, excellent linearity, vibration resistance and steady response, it is widely adopted in injection molding machinery, hydraulic equipment, automated production lines, construction machinery and other industries to realize closed-loop position control and travel monitoring.

In the injection molding industry, KTC sensors serve as core supporting components for injection molding machines. Mounted on the injection base, mold clamping mechanism and ejection structure, they collect real-time data of mold clamping travel, injection position and ejector displacement. Based on feedback signals from the sensors, the control system accurately adjusts mold opening/closing speed, injection pressure and position. This ensures consistent molding quality of plastic products, reduces defects such as flash, shrinkage and dimensional deviation, and greatly improves the yield of molded parts.

KTC linear displacement sensors are also extensively applied in hydraulic and forging machinery. Equipped on oil cylinders of hydraulic bending machines, hydraulic presses and die casting machines, they continuously monitor the expansion travel of pistons to achieve precise cylinder positioning. Relying on displacement signals, the equipment realizes segmented pressure control and travel limit protection, avoiding over-travel collision and equipment damage. It enhances dimensional accuracy of stamped and bent workpieces to meet high-precision metal forming requirements.

Within automated conveying and assembly production lines, KTC sensors detect displacement of pneumatic sliding tables, servo pushing mechanisms and lifting platforms. They feed back real-time positions of moving structures and cooperate with PLC to achieve accurate docking and synchronous pushing for workpiece sorting and positioning assembly, ensuring coordinated and stable operation of assembly lines.

Besides, small construction machinery, rubber vulcanizing equipment and ceramic processing machinery frequently adopt KTC pull rod displacement sensors. Its mature pull rod mounting structure fits various linear motion mechanisms with simple commissioning and convenient maintenance.

In summary, with reliable displacement acquisition performance, KTC linear displacement sensors act as critical components for closed-loop control of all kinds of linear motion equipment. They enable precise automatic regulation of machinery, cut production losses and facilitate intelligent upgrading of industrial equipment.
