The customer in this case faced a precise and demanding requirement: a 10-ton capacity hydraulic jack was embedded inside a brick wall, and the engineering team needed real-time, accurate displacement data without any physical access to the jack itself.

When the jack extends or compresses — whether due to active correction or passive structural load — the sensor rod follows the movement and instantly converts it into an electrical signal.
The system requires no manual inspection of the embedded jack. All displacement data is captured continuously and can be logged over time, allowing engineers to detect creep, settlement, or sudden shifts that might indicate structural risk.
