Diffused Silicon Pressure Transmitter – Reliable Industrial Pressure Monitoring Solution
The diffused silicon pressure transmitter is a high-performance measuring device designed for industrial pressure acquisition. Adopting mature diffused silicon sensing technology, it delivers high precision, strong anti-interference capability and excellent long-term stability for pressure measurement of gas, liquid and water, widely used in various automation projects.
Equipped with imported FirstSensor silicon chip, this transmitter features 24-bit ADC acquisition circuit and 16-bit DAC output to ensure accurate signal reading. Built-in damping buffer structure withstands 2–3 times pressure surge. The 3mm pressure inlet effectively reduces instant impact on the sensing diaphragm and keeps consistent measuring sensitivity. Constructed with high-quality 304 stainless steel sealed housing, it is compact and lightweight, suitable for mildly corrosive environments. Fitted with Italian Omal connector, it reaches IP65 protection rating for reliable dust and water resistance in tough industrial sites.
It works on 24VDC power supply and supports multiple output signals: 4–20mA, 1–5V, 0–10V and RS485. It can be directly connected to PLC, controllers and intelligent instruments for easy installation and commissioning. The measuring range covers 0.1MPa up to 60MPa. Accuracy options include 0.5 grade (default) and 0.3 grade. It features zero temperature drift ±0.15%FS/℃, sensitivity temperature drift ±0.15%FS/℃, long-term stability ≤0.2%FS per year, response time ≤100ms and natural frequency 40kHz. It supports 150%FS overload pressure and can bear 2 times range pressure shock temporarily, with 2000Hz anti-vibration performance for vibrating working conditions.
